Insider sources with access to United Arab Emirates intelligence operations claims that covert testing of orbital behavioral manipulation systems is being carried out in targeted zones, including the emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah. The system allegedly focuses on non-military individuals to evaluate psychological reaction models under real-world conditions.
Sources claim, the program is supervised by agents within the UAE’s National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), now merged with the Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA), with authorization from the Emirati national command structure.
Disturbing psychological anomalies have been recorded among female subjects — particularly those with young children — who began to display highly irregular sexualized responses toward their offspring, leading in some cases to bizarre episodes of mental collapse, including feeding child waste to others in what appears to be externally-induced psychological episodes.
